Tales from the Round World: Herr Trigger

Tales from the Round World is a storytelling podcast recorded live in front of an audience with live sound effects and audience participation. Their stories are interspersed with the the best in local circus, sideshow, music and burlesque.

This edition’s theme is ‘Herr Trigger,’ gathering together 10 of the DMV’s greatest steampunk storytellers to spin yarns about the wild west, outlaws and semi-automatics. Proceeds from the event will go toward the TraRon Center, which helps survivors of gun violence through art therapy.

Variety performers include contortionist/belly dancer Sally the Cinch, former Ringling clown, juggler and bubble artist Professor Spoom, and Ukecordionpocalypse (the combined musical talents of Mab Just Mab and Baska d’Joy).
