Aaron Koz Workshops @ Monarca in Flight

Enjoy two workshops by guest instructor Aaron Koz at Monarca in Flight — ‘Throw Your Friends: An Introduction to Dynamic Trio Acro’ from 6:30-8 p.m. and ‘See Your C-Shape’ (waist roll ups and back balances on fabric, straps or rope) from 8-9 p.m. Participants must be free of back injuries and be comfortable entering a sling or hammock unassisted, as well as having a safe, unassisted invert on their apparatus.
