Conspiratease! An Illumi-Naughty Burlesque and Sideshow Revue

March 2nd @ 9p.m.

Local performance artists Callie Pigeon and Delilah Dentata will present Conspiratease! An Illumi-Naughty Burlesque and Sideshow Revue, on March 2, 2018, at the Black Cat. The show will pay tribute to such popular conspiracy theories as the moon landing hoax and the global influence of Lizard People.

“Conspiratease! will feature burlesque, sideshow, circus and pole performances all about everything ‘They’ don’t want you to know,” says co-producer Callie Pigeon. “The show will shine a spotlight on history’s most notorious top-secret, supernatural, extraterrestrial and governmental plots to create an entertaining night for all ‘true believers’.”

The cast will include Jim Dandy of The DC Burlesque Breakfast Club, Ginger Jameson of the DC Gurly Show, and Isabelle Epoque of Philanthrotease. In addition, several other local favorites of the DC variety show scene will perform.

“The show is an irreverent tribute to the brave souls committed to EXPOSING THE CAPS-LOCKED TRUTH to those of us just blindly going about our day,” says co-producer Delilah Dentata. “Aside from performances, the evening’s festivities will include raffle prizes, audience games, and DIY tinfoil hat-making stations. If you are concerned about the perils inherent in drinking fluoridated water, paying for goods and services with those little paper tributes to the Illuminati, and breathing in mind-altering, food-destroying chemtrail air, this is the show for you.”

Tickets are $12 in advance, $15 day of show, and are available at this link.
