Cirque Italia’s Water Circus comes to Fredericksburg, Va., for six performances over the weekend. A stellar cast of handbalancers, acrobats, aerialists, wire walkers, contortionists and jugglers will wow you amidst a dazzling display of water fountains and extraordinary lighting effects.
